Both teams turned it over a bunch on Friday night, but Underwood was able to take advantage of the miscues topping East Sac in the opening round of the playoffs. The Raider fumble was returned for a touchdown in the 1st quarter, giving Underwood the lead, helping them build a 28-6 lead by the end of the 1st quarter. The Eagles built a 38-point lead by half, making it a continuous clock for the 2nd half. Neither team scored in the 2nd half. The Raiders ran for 43-yards and passed for 45-yards while Underwood had 197-yards passing and 144-yards on the ground. The East Sac defense did what they could to help, having another strong game creating turnovers. They collected three interceptions and recovered a fumble. The Raiders also turned it over six times with four interceptions and fumbled twice.
Underwood opened the scoring with a touchdown on a 20-yard fumble recovery. They added a 9-yard run and a 6-yard touchdown pass to built a 21-0 lead. The Raiders were able to cut into the deficit with a 23-yard touchdown pass from Tate Lahr to Charlie Veit. Underwood answered before the end of the 1st quarter with a 43-yard touchdown pass for a 28-6 lead at the end of the 1st quarter. The Eagles added a 11-yard touchdown pass and an 18-yard touchdown pass in the 2nd quarter. Luke Wright blocked the extra point on the second touchdown. The scoring wrapped up with a 27-yard field goal by the Eagles late in the 2nd quarter.
Karter Ludwig and Luke Wernimont wrapped up great seasons with 7 tackles each. Carson Schmitt had 43-yards rushing and Charlie Veit added 3 catches with a touchdown. William Smith finished with 6.5 tackles and recovered a fumble.
The Raiders finish the year 4-5.
