Kuemper At CYO Tournament At Lakeside
Kuemper kept their dominance going, winning the CYO Tournament at Lakeside in Fort Dodge on Wednesday. That is their third tournament title in the past two weeks. All six players for Kuemper shot 95 or below, helping them win the meet by 12 strokes over Gehlan Catholic. Kuemper finished with a 312 with Gehlan shooting a 324 and Bishop Garrigan a 346. Maverick Schwabe kept his strong run going, earning Runner-Up Medalist with a 72. Braxton Vonnahme had a strong day for Kuemper as well with a 73. Kayden Schon added a 83 and Carter Putney went for an 84.
The Knights take on Lewis Central and Denison Schleswig At Majestic Hills on Thursday.
