Kuemper swept through singles to win the match but Audubon battled in doubles, taking a match to keep the Knights from a sweep. Kuemper went on to win the match 8-1, going 48-5 in singles games and 22-10 in doubles. They won three singles matches 8-0 from Ella Schwarte, Charlotte Schwabe and Julia Craig. Sophia Tidgren won 8-1 and Kaylie Simons and Brooke Rohe won 8-2. Brooke Rohe and Sophia Tidgren earned an 8-2 win for the Knights in doubles with Julia Craig and Charlotte Schwabe picking up an 8-0 sweep. Rachel Rynearson and Briley Belnap earned a win in doubles for Audubon, winning 8-6.
The Knights head to Denison Schleswig on Friday. The Wheelers host Southwest Valley on Tuesday.
