Girls Golf Results Saturday, April 29th
Carroll At Kuemper Invitational
Brooklynn Currin of Treynor edged Addy Beiter of Kuemper for Medalist at the Jeanne Spieler Invitational at the Carroll Country Club on Saturday. Currin shot a 84 while Beiter finished with a 86. Spencer claimed the team title, shooting a 383 to hold off Atlantic who finished with a 386. Newell Fonda was in the hunt as well, taking 3rd with a 388. Carroll High had two golfers shoot in the 90’s and took 6th place overall with a 404. Kuemper finished 8th, shooting a 425 with four golfers scoring on Saturday.
Ashlee Danner led Carroll with a 97 finishing in 11th place, followed closely by Makalei Kofron with a 98 in 14th place. Delaney Schurke added a 104 and ended in 30th place and Emma Hoffman finished with a 105 to finish in 34th place.
Beiter paced Kuemper with an 86 and was Runner-Up Medalist. Grace Tigges shot a 103 and was 25th place, Ella Pick added a 112 in 42nd place and Kendra Stork finished with a 124 good for 49th place.

East Sac and South Central Calhoun At OA-BCIG Tournament At Spring Lake
East Sac and South Central Calhoun battled for 2nd place behind Kingsley Pierson on Saturday at Spring Lake. The Raiders took 2nd place behind Medalist Sidney Bieret, who shot an 83, winning medalist honors by 6 strokes. The Raiders finished with a 393, having all six golfers in the top 30 and everyone shooting 112 or below. South Central Calhoun took 3rd with a 397, getting two golfers in the top 9 and their top four golfers in the top 28. OA-BCIG finished with a 401 in 4th place. Sage Minnehan of West Monona was Runner-Up Medalist with an 89, tied with Sam Stuart of South Central Calhoun who finished 3rd.
Sidney Bieret led the Raiders with a 83, winning Medalist honors. Sophia Villegas added a 103 for the Raiders, finishing in 15th place. Kendall Quirk coming off a great day Friday had another good day with a 103 and was in 17th place. Makenna Steiger shot a 104, taking 20th place.
Sam Stuart led the Titans with a 89 and finished in 3rd. Adlen Wheelock has been coming on strong and shot a 96 to finish in 9th place. Charissa Nowatzke added a 102 and was in 14th place. Mia Babcock was the final Titan golfer in the team score, taking 28th place with a 110.
