Drake Relays
Evan Adams of Kuemper competed at the Drake Relays on Thursday in the discus. Adams came into the relays seeded 4th. He finished in 13th, with his best throw being a 162-05.

Audubon, Coon Rapids-Bayard, Glidden-Ralston, Paton Churdan, and IKM-Manning competed in Guthrie Center Thursday with 11 events taking home first-place finishes. Trevon Keely had a fantastic meet for Paton Churdan as he finished in first in the long jump with a 19-09.50. Keely also finished second in the high jump. Kolby Culbertson won the high jump for CRB with a jump of 6-01. The Crusaders picked up another first-place finish in the shot put, with Cal Heydon throwing 47-05. For Audubon, Zeke Konkler won the 400 and the 800. Konkler ran a 53.38 in the 400 and 2:07.74 in the 800. In the relays, IKM-Manning won the 4×400, 4×200, and 4×800. The Glidden-Ralston distance medley team had the best finish for the Wildcats, with a second-place finish.

Carroll At Storm Lake
Carroll had another strong performance even with several guys moved to different events. They finished 2nd with 118-points, easily outdistancing 3rd place Emmetsburg, which scored 65-points. The Tigers had a pair of relay champions, finishing with six relays in the top 3 and one more in the top 5. Carroll added five individuals in the top 3 and four more individuals finishing in the top 5.
Carroll won the 4×800 to continue a hot streak in the 4×800. They ran 8:40.59 with Blake Molinsky, Dayton Wiederien, Evan Schaefer and Ryan North. Their other relay title came in the 4×200 with Maddow White, Caleb Vanderheiden, Edrik Heisterkamp and Jake Jorgensen. They ran 1:35.99. Riley Mauro, Carter Essic, Jake Jorgensen and Maddox White took 2nd in the Sprint Medley. Dayton Wiederien was 2nd in the 3200 Meters. The Distance Medley team was 2nd with Riley Mauro, Carter Essick, Caden Mollhoff and Blake Molinsky. The 4×400 was 2nd with Cayden Lueders, Christian Mollhoff, Maddow White and Edrik Heisterkamp. Ryan North took 2nd in the 400 Hurdles and Dayton Wiederien added a 2nd in the 1600 Meters.
The Shuttle Hurdle was 3rd with Carter Smith, Michael Rowedder, Carson Tedrow and Owen Klocke. Ryan North had another top finish, taking 3rd in the 400 Meters, Blake Molinsky was 3rd in the 800 Meters and Gavin Holt was 3rd in the Discus.
