Kuemper got a strong night from Brianna Wittrock in goal as she had 14 saves in a 2-1 loss to St Albert on Friday. The Knights struggled getting good looks on offense, taking three shots on goal while St Albert finished with 21 shots, and 14 of those in the 2nd half. McKenna Blum scored for the Knights on an assist from Cierra Pudenz. Blum had two shots on goal and Izabelle Boes had their other shot on goal.
The loss drops Kuemper to 1-4. They head to East Sac on Tuesday.
