Carroll and Kuemper At ADM Invitational
Jacob Greving of Kuemper earned the only local championship, winning the 1600 Meters in 4:41.05. That helped the Knights finish in 7th place with 34-points, just ahead of Carroll, which scored 32-points and finished 8th. The Knights had four individual events in the top 3, including Evan Adams taking 2nd in both the Shot Put and Discus. Griffin Glynn added a 3rd place in the High Jump for the Knights. Jacob Greving took 5th in the 400 Meters. Carroll had one top 3 individual finish with Dayton Wiederien 3rd in the 3200 Meters. They added four more in the top 5 with Wiederien 4th in the 1600 Meters and Blake Molinsky right behind him in 5th place. Reece Ziegmann was 5th in the Long Jump, Caleb Vanderheiden was 5th in the Shot Put. Carroll had four relays in the top 5, lead by Reece Ziegmann, Chase Ragaller, Jake Jorgensen and Ryan North in the Sprint Medley taking 4th and the Shuttle Hurdle in 4th place with Carter Smith, Michael Rowedder, Carson Tedrow and Owen Klocke. The 4×200 was also 4th with Reece Ziegmann, Chase Ragaller, Carter Essick and Jake Jorgensen and the 4×400 taking 4th with Logian Schagt, Levi Dirkx, Adam Malik and Mason Stitz.
The Knights head to Greene County on Monday while the Tigers run Saturday at the Jim Duncan Invite at Drake.

Audubon, Glidden Ralston and Paton Churdan At AC/GC Charger Relays
Audubon had a strong night in Guthrie Center taking 4th place with 76-points and the Wheelers claimed an individual title with Ezekiel Konkler and a relay title. The Wheelers had three individuals in the top 3 and two more in the top 5. They added three relays in the top 3 and one more in the top 5. Glidden Ralston finished with a relay in the top 3 and a individual in the top 5, scoring 26-points to finish in 10th place. Paton Churdan was 11th in the team race with 10-points and had an individual in the top 3.
Ezekiel Konkler won the 800 Meters for the Wheelers in 2:07.80. He was also part of the Distance Medley team that won with a 3:54.97. Joining him were Mason Steckler, Aaron Olsen and Brody Schultes. Adam Obrecht took 3rd in the 400 Meters and Brody Schultes was 3rd in the 400 Hurdles. The Wheelers were 2nd in the 4×400 with Mason Steckler, Ezekiel Konkler, Adam Obrecht and Aaron Olsen. They added a 3rd place in the Sprint Medley with Logan Stetzel, Brody Schultes, Mason Steckler and Ezekiel Konkler.
Glidden Ralston took 3rd in the Distance Medley with Lucas Christian, Jonathan Bergmeier, Landon Rohrbeck and Emmett Snyder.
Trevon Keely was 3rd for Paton Churdan in the High Jump.
