Girls Golf Results for Tuesday, April 18th, 2023
Kuemper at Des Moines Christian
The Kuemper Knights were crowned meet champions as they traveled to take on Des Moines Christian and Carlisle. Coon Rapids Bayard was originally scheduled to be at this meet but did not attend.
The Knights ended up winning the meet by 19 strokes with a score of 420. Des Moines Christian was in second with 439 and Carlisle ended up in third with a team score of 497. Addy Beiter once again continued to impress as a freshman, earning medalist honors with a tournament score of 93. Another impressive freshman for the Knights was Elsa Tiefenthaler who finished the day one stroke ahead of Beiter at 94. Grace Tigges and Ella Pick rounded out the top four scorers for the Knights with scores of 107 and 126 respectively. Kendra Stork was just outside the top four for the Knights with a score of 136 on the day.
The Knights are back on the course on Thursday, April 20th when they travel to take on Denison-Schleswig.

IKM-Manning at Riverside
IKM-Manning 204
Riverside 228
IKM-Manning continued their perfect start to the 2023 season with another team win Tuesday as they took on Riverside. The Wolves were 24 strokes ahead of Riverside winning the meet 204 to 228.
Kylie Powers continues to be consistently great as she picked up medalist honors once again with a score of 44. Addison Brink of Riverside was given runner up medalist honors with a score of 46. Eryn Ramsey and Ella Richards were second and third in the Wolves scoring, both with the same score of 52. Maeve Nielson rounded out the top four scorers for IKM-Manning with a score of 56. Megan Williams was just outside the top four with a score of 60.
The Wolves are back at home on Friday, April 21st when they host Underwood.
