Girls Golf Results for Thursday, April 7th

The Audubon girls’ golf team completed the sweep of both girls’ and boys’ teams from Tri-Center when they competed Thursday. The Wheelers outlasted the Trojans 232 to 245 and took home both medalist and runner up medalist honors just like the boys.
Mari Gleason was able to be crowned medalist with a score of 50 on the day. Kali Irlmeier was right behind her with runner up medalist honors with a score of 51. Kacie Anthofer and Sam Warnaca rounded out the top four for the Audubon Wheelers with scores of 60 and 71 respectively. The girls also picked up their first win of the season and are now 1-1 overall. The Wheelers are back in action on Friday, April 14th when they take on AHSTW.

Exira-EHK and West Central Valley at Coon Rapids Bayard
Summer South represented the Coon Rapids Bayard during their home meet as they hosted Exira-EHK and West Central Valley. South ended up with a score of 71 on the day with her best performance being on hole two where she got a bogey. The Crusaders will be back in action on Monday, April 10th when they are at Atlantic for another Rolling Valley Conference meet.
