Carroll picks up a nice win in easy fashion on Tuesday, after traveling to Council Bluffs for the second time in the last four days. The Tigers were at Lewis Central on Saturday, then headed to Abraham Lincoln on Tuesday. Carroll won all three relays while taking first in five individual events and second place in seven events. They went first and second in four of their individual events. The 200 Medley Relay team of Hailey Burns, Emma Myers, Amelia Holt and Natalie Kent won with a 2:18.05. The Tigers won the 200 Free Relay with Emma Myers, Zelda DeMoss, Hailey Burns and Amelia Holt in 2:02.53. They finished the sweep in relays, winning the 400 Free Relay with Natalie Kent, Zelda DeMoss, Ella Perry and Claudia Cindoncha. They swam a 5:05.89. Hailey Burns won the 200 IM in 2:58.66 with Claudia Cindoncha in 2nd place. Amelia Holt took 1st in the 200 Free in 2:34.66, Natalie Kent finished 2nd. Zelda DeMoss took 2nd in the 50 Free. Amelia Holt won the 100 Fly in 1:21.23 with Natalie Kent taking 2nd place. Hailey Burns was 2nd in the 100 Free. Emma Myers won the 400 Free in 5:21.72 with Zelda DeMoss in 2nd place. Ella Perry was 2nd in the 100 Back and Emma Myers won the 100 Breast in 1:18.81.
The Tigers host Perry and Algona next Tuesday.
