Audubon and IKM-Manning At LoMa
IKM-Manning started the season very well, winning their first meet of the season, edging Denison Schleswig for the title. The Wolves scored a team total 61 points while Denison Schleswig had 65 points and Atlantic who finished 3rd had 67 points. The Wolves placed two runners in the top 10, three in the top 15 and all six of their runners were in the top 25. Audubon ran two runners and weren’t able to compete for team points.
Caden Keller is poised to have a big season for the Wolves and led all the local runners in 4th place, running the course in 15:43.61. Lane Sams gave the Wolves a second runner in the top 10, taking 10th place in 16:52.60. The Wolves other top finishers were Nathan Johnson in 12th place, Abe Polzien 18th, Reed Hinners 22nd and Kasche Huehn in 25th. Eli Deist led the Wheelers, finishing in 59th and Mason Steckler was 76th.
