Brincks Exteriors Sports Report: Girls Cross Country Recap From Ridge View

Girls Cross Country Results Saturday, September 13th 

Kuemper, Ar-We-Va, IKM-Manning and South Central Calhoun At Ridge View Invite 

Kuemper competed in the Class A portion of the meet on Saturday, finishing in 7th place with 178-points. MOC Floyd Valley earned the team title with 49-points. Natalie Anderson of MOC Floyd Valley won the meet in 18:44.34 with Humboldt finishing in 2nd, 3rd and 4th but taking 3rd as a team with 68-points, behind Bishop Heelan with 63-points. Logan Lee led Kuemper, finishing in 38th in 24:50.47, leading the Knights for the first time this season.

IKM-Manning paced the area teams in the Class B portion of the race, taking 9th place with 239-points. South Central Calhoun was 18th with 395-points and Ar-We-Va ran three runners and didn’t post a team score. Newell Fonda won the Class B title with 68-points with Mareni Brabec leading them in 3rd place. The Class B champion was Chloe Broer of West Monona, running a 20:21.92. Addisyn Bandow led IKM-Manning in 41st place with a 23:59.93, Abigail Kistenmacher paced South Central Calhoun in 63rd place, running a 24:58.74 and Vivian Blackford paced Ar-We-Va with a 27:17.32, taking 100th place.
