Audubon girls tennis went to Denison for a triangular with the Monarchs and Lewis Central on Monday. It was a hot one for the Wheelers as the temps reached mid 80’s with dense humidity. Audubon faced a good Lewis Central team first. Marie Boehm and Reagan Hoffman picked up wins in singles and Briley Belnap and Marie Boehm won their doubles in the 3 wins the Wheelers had. Most of the singles were close with Lena Rieman falling by only 2 points and MaKenna Nichols by 4.

Vivian Jackson picked up a 6-3 win in singles in the 2nd matchup of the day. It was a hot afternoon for the Wheelers but they fought hard and had some success.
