The Carroll Tigers fell on the road as they struggled to keep up with Bondurant-Farrar at the beginning of the game. Bondurant-Farrar shot the basketball well in the first quarter as they jumped out to an early lead. The Tigers would trail 21-8 going to the second quarter. The Tigers would fall down 30-9 but ended the second quarter on an 11-0 run. Carroll would trail 30-20 at the half. Bondurant-Farar would find their grove offensively coming out of the half as they outscored Carroll 27-19 in a high-scoring third quarter. The Tigers would come storming back in the fourth quarter as they added 24 points. Carroll’s comeback would fall short as they lost 69-63 to Bondurant-Farrar.
Stone Sibenaller and Mac Collison had big games, recording a team-high 18 points in the loss. Noah Hinners chipped in 11 points for the Tigers. Miles Nuzback and Hinners also pulled down seven rebounds for Carroll. With the loss, Carroll falls to 7-9. The Tigers are back in action on Friday against Ballard.

The Ar-We-Va Rockets get back in the win column as they knock off Boyer Valley at home. The game would start close as Ar-We-Va would start strong on the offensive end of the court. Ar-We-Va would lead 17-11 at the end of the first quarter. The Rockets were able to grow their lead to double-digits in the second quarter as they held Boyer Valley to only four points. Ar-We-Va would lead 30-15 at the half. Coming out of the locker room the Rockets would add 13 more points in the third quarter extending their lead to 43-22. Ar-We-Va would extend their lead again in the fourth quarter as they went on to win 58-32.
Hayden Studer and Wyatt Ragaller each scored a team-high 16 points in the win. Ragaller also had eight steals for the Rockets. Blayne Smith added nine points and seven rebounds for Ar-We-Va. With the win, the Rockets move to 14-4. Ar-We-Va is back in action on Thursday against Logan-Magnolia.

The Coon Rapids-Bayard Crusaders executed their game plan to perfection as they were able to knock off number four Woodbine at home. With the win, CRB avenged their only loss of the season against Woodbine. CRB played a great man defense that was able to frustrate Woodbine’s top scorers. The first quarter would be low scoring as CRB would lead 8-6 at the end. The Crusaders were able to grow their lead to double-digits in the second quarter as they took control of the game. CRB would outscore Woodbine in all four quarters. In the second half, CRB would slow the game down as they were in control. The Crusaders would lead 38-19 going to the fourth quarter. In the fourth quarter, CRB would outscore Woodbine 16-6. The Crusaders would go on to win 54-25.
As a team, CRB shot 50 percent from the field and 40 percent from behind the arc. Cal Heydon scored a team-high 24 points in the win. Ty Heydon recorded a double-double for the Crusaders with ten points and 13 rebounds. Bryce Lewis chipped in nine points, knocking down three big threes in the win. CRB shared the basketball well as a team, recording 18 assists. With the win, CRB moves to 17-1. The Crusaders are back in action on Thursday against ACGC.

Pocahontas Area would outscore ESC 21-14 in the second quarter to take the lead. The Raiders would trail 32-27 at the half. PAC would grow their lead in the second half as ESC struggled to score the basketball. The Raiders would trail 47-38 at the end of the first quarter. ESC would go on to lose 60-46. Two players scored in double-figures for the Raiders in the loss. Jack Gullett recorded a team-high 11 points. Landon Sporrer chipped in ten points for the Raiders. With the loss, ESC falls to 7-11. The Raiders are back in action on Friday against Southeast Valley.

The Spartans jumped out to a 15-9 lead going to the second quarter. Paton Churdan would add 19 points in the second quarter but would trail by three, 31-28, at the half. The Rockets struggled in the second half offensively. Paton Churdan only managed 17 points in the second half as they would go on to lose 71-45. The Glidden-Ralston Wildcats let a game slip away as they held a double-digit lead late in the fourth quarter against CAM on Tuesday. The Wildcats got baskets around the rim early in the game as they jumped out to close a 17-14 lead going to the second quarter. Glidden-Ralston leaned on their defense in the second quarter as they held CAM to only two points. GR would take a 26-16 lead at the half. The Wildcats would grow their lead in the third quarter at 42-27. Glidden-Ralston struggled to score the basketball in the fourth quarter. CAM started the quarter on a 13-0 run, chipping into the Glidden-Ralston lead. Glidden-Ralston would lead 50-46 late in the fourth quarter. With six seconds left in the game, CAM went the length of the floor and got fouled on a made layup, tying the game at 51-51. CAM would knock down the free throw as they went on to beat Glidden-Ralston 52-51.
The Wildcats were led in scoring by Jonathan Bergmeier, who recorded 25 points and a team-high six steals. Waylon Hein chipped in 11 points in the loss and added nine rebounds. With the loss, Glidden-Ralston falls to 10-8. The Wildcats are back in action on Thursday against Ogden.

The Titans would fall down in the first half as they trailed 30-28 at the half. SCC would outscore Southeast Valley 30-17 in the second half as they went on to win 58-47. South Central Calhoun had three players score in double-figures. Cole Higgins recorded a team-high 17 points. Garrett Krause added 15 points in the win. Charlie Nattress chipped in 12 points for the Titans. With the win SCC moves to 11-7 on the season. The Titans are back in action on Friday against Manson Northwest Webster.

IKM-Manning had balanced scoring and two players in double figures in rebounds as they earned a road win, giving them a chance to finish above .500 in the regular season. The Wolves built an early lead and didn’t let it go, going up 19-9 at the end of the 1st quarter. They extended the lead to 33-21 at half. The Wolves moved the ball well, dishing out 17 assists with six players having at least one. The Big Red battled hard over the final three quarters, as the Wolves only outscored them 41-35 during that stretch.
Wyatt Danner had a nice double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds with Ben Ramsey scoring a team high 17 points with 6 assists. Brock Kusel gave them a third player in double figures with 10 points. Ben Langel added 7 points and Ashton Ahrenholtz continued his strong stretch with 6 points and 11 rebounds. Ahrenholtz has been important on the glass lately.
