Girls Wrestling Results For Thursday, December 5th
Audubon and Kuemper at Treynor Tournament
The Audubon Wheelers and Kuemper Knights competed at the Treynor tournament on Thursday, with the Knights coming in sixth and Audubon in seventh. For Audubon, Macy Rasmussen came in first place at 120 pounds, picking up two pins and a victory by decision. In the 145-pound weight class, Elena Harbour finished in second for Audubon. Harbour picked up a win by fall in the first round. She followed that up with a win in the semifinals and a loss in the first-place match. The Knights’s best finish at the tournament was Charlotte Schwabe, who came in second at 155 pounds. Schwabe won by fall in the first round and the semifinals. She would go on to lose by fall in the first-place match. Team-wise, Kuemper finished sixth with 55 points. Audubon finished in seventh as a team with 44 points.
