Girls Track Results Monday, April 29th
Ar-We-Va, Coon Rapids Bayard, Glidden Ralston and Paton Churdan At Rolling Valley Conference Meet At Woodbine
Coon Rapids Bayard had five individuals finish in the top 3 along with a pair of relays in the top 3, helping them finish 4th overall with 64.50-points. Ar-We-Va had one top 3 finish individually and two relays finish in the top 3. They scored 33-points and finished in the place. Glidden Ralston had 9-points and finished in 7th place while Paton Churdan had one individual finish in the top 3, finishing 8th overall with 7 team points. The Crusaders added one top 5 individual and three relays finish in the top 5. Ar-We-Va had two more individuals in the top 5 and two relays in the top 5. Glidden Ralston had one individual in the top 5 and a pair of relays in the top 5.
Lauren Cook of Coon Rapids Bayard was 2nd in the 100 Meters and 3rd in the 200 Meters. Amelia Eddy added a 2nd place in the 400 Meters as the Crusaders fared well in sprinting events. Malia Clayburg and Maddy Mason continued their strong performances in the field events with Clayburg 2nd in the High Jump and Mason 3rd in the Shot Put. The Crusaders were 2nd in the 4×100 with Lauren Cook, Amelia Eddy, Ella Heithoff and Malia Clayburg. Lauren Cook, Aubrey Hofbauer, Amelia Eddy and Malia Clayburg finished 3rd in the Shuttle Hurdle.
Amber Ragaller was 3rd for Ar-We-Va in the Long Jump with the Distance Medley team adding a 3rd place with Allison Skinner, Sarah Melton, Amber Ragaller and Gabby Hundling. Allison Skinner, Maggie Berns, Morgan Berg and Gabby Hundling were 3rd in the Sprint Medley.
Allison Snyder led Glidden Ralston individually with a 5th place in the 400 Meters while the Wildcats were 5th in the 4×100 with Emma Ertz, Allison Snyder, BreAnn Hartwigsen and Kassidy Wenck. They added a 5th place in the Sprint Medley with Emma Ertz, BreAnn Hartwigsen, Kassidy Wenck and Allison Snyder.
Alivya Smith of Paton Churdan set a new personal record in the Shot Put, helping her finish 3rd to lead the Rockets.
