Lane Sams ran at the state cross-country meet for the IKM-Manning Wolves in Fort Dodge on Friday afternoon. Sams ran at the state meet last year as the IKM-Manning boys qualified as a team. Sams, who is a senior, finished in the top 100 of runners for the Wolves. He ran a time of 18:16.3, finishing in 91st place. Sams wraps up a successful senior season for IKM-Manning.
