South Central Calhoun fell on the road to Cherokee Washington on Thursday evening. With the weather, the game was played at 5:00 so a different routine for both squads. The Titans fell behind early as Cherokee had a good offensive night. Cherokee led 18-10 after the first. The Titans offense stalled in the 2nd and 3rd as they added 5 in both quarters while Cherokee had a 14 point second and 24 point 3rd as they led heavily in the middle parts of the game. SCC’s offense came on in the 4th as they added 17 but an 18 point Cherokee 4th would shut out the Titans as they would fall 74-37. Charlie Nattress led the Titans with 16 points.
