Carroll and Kuemper At Carroll
Carroll finished 3rd and Kuemper was 4th at the State Qualifying meet on Monday at Starline Lanes in Carroll. The Tigers bowled a 2721 with Kuemper bowling a 2638. Greene County advanced to State, winning the team race with 3166. Carroll had a high score of 245 in game 10, breaking 200 in four of the fifteen games. The Knights best game was 227 in game 2. they bowled over 200 in two of the fifteen games. Jacob Becker was the top individual with a 666, followed by Teagan Chisholm of Greene County (655), Tate Richart of Vinton Shellsburg (642) and Chase Fecher of Greene County (633). All four qualified for State as individuals. Carson Schultes led Carroll with a 586 and Cody Bauer bowled a 559. Fletch Badding led Kuemper with a 584 and Brenden Vonnahme bowled a 531.
