Boys State Swimming Results Saturday, February 14th
Teagen Renze won the 200 Free as Carroll had an outstanding day at the finals of the Boys State Swimming Meet. The Tigers had four individual events and a pair of relays with all six events performing well. Renze started the day strong, swimming a 1:37.20 to win the 200 Free by 0:00.20 over Will Van Zee of Valley. Renze claimed the State Championship. He later competed in the 100 Free and swam well, taking 3rd in 44.39. Leegan Sease was also in a pair of individual events, taking 4th in the 200 IM with a 1:53.34 and 5th in the 100 Breast in 56.51. The Tigers swam in both the 200 Free Relay and the 400 Free Relay. They finished 12th in the 200 Free Relay in 1:27.34 with Leegan Sease, Weston Toft, Landen Cadwell and Teagen Renze. They were 10th in the 400 Free Relay in 3:14.34 with Weston Toft, Landen Cadwell, Leegan Sease and Teagen Renze.
