Paton Churdan played with great energy and effort in the 1st half on the road, trailing by four at the end of the 1st quarter and by seven at half. A tough 3rd quarter allowed West Central Valley to extend the lead as Paton Churdan struggled to score and weren’t able to get many stops on defense. They were outscored 26-8 in the 3d quarter and trailed 59-33 going to the final stanza.
Trevon Keely paced the offensive attack with 18-points to go with 8 rebounds. Cayden Stream added 8-points, Phoenix Hartman had 7-points and Blaise Schilling added 6-points and 3 steals.
The Rockets fall to 6-12 overall and will travel to Glidden Ralston on Friday.
