Carroll At Rusty Garst At Fort Dodge
Carroll had a fantastic day, winning seven of the eleven events, setting nineteen personal bests and breaking a school record. They scored 338-points, finishing 3rd, just behind 2nd place Decorah, which scored 339-points. Sioux City West edged both teams to win the meet with 346-points. Carroll won two of the three relays and picked up five wins in the eight individual events.
The 200 Medley Relay set the tempo for Carroll, winning the race in 1:38.92 with Teagen Renze, Leegan Sease, Landen Cadwell and Weston Toft. Teagen Renze won the 200 Free in 1:40.49, Landen Cadwell won the 200 IM in 2:06.20. Leegan Sease won the 100 Fly in 51.60, Teagen Renze won the 100 Back and Leegan Sease won the 100 Breast in 55.95, setting a new school record. Carroll added a title in the 200 Free Relay in 1:28.79 with Leegan Sease, Weston Toft, Landen Cadwell and Teagen Renze. Landen Cadwell took 2nd in the 500 Free and Weston Toft took 3rd in both the 50 Free and 100 Free.
