Kuemper bowled well with three players in the 300’s but fell short against a strong Greene County team on Friday. The Knights bowled a 1631 in the opening two games with the Rams finishing with a 1908. Greene County took a a 277 pin lead into the Baker Games. Kuemper bowled their best game in game 2 with a 204, winning that matchup but Greene County won the other five games, topping the Knights 983 to 848 in Baker Games.
Creighton Halbur led the Knights with a 396, followed by Fletch Badding a 338 and Brenden Vonnahme a 337.

Carroll and ELC At Fort Dodge

Carroll earned a pair of wins on Friday, out bowling both Fort Dodge and ELC. The Tigers won the first-two games over both teams, bowling a 1882 to Fort Dodge’s 2571 and ELC 2481. They didn’t let up in the Baker games earning a tight win over Fort Dodge, 842-827. That helped them separate themselves from both teams. Carroll was dominant in the second Baker Game, bowling a 222, winning by over 50 pins. They won two of the five Baker Games in all, also winning the fourth game.
Cody Bauer was fantastic for Carroll, bowling a 209 and 225 for a team high 434. He was followed by Ethan Heisterkamp with a 192 and a 182 for a 374 and Randy Bauer with a 168 and a 202, bowling a 370.
