Boys Basketball Results for Tuesday, December 9th

Carroll at ADM

ADM     73

Carroll   52

Carroll hit the road to face off with #1-ranked ADM on Tuesday. Carroll was coming off a 1-point win against Carlisle last week, while ADM came off a near 40-point blowout of North Polk that same day. A matchup of the Tigers started out hot for ADM on their home floor as they would get the offense rolling. Carroll would do a nice job in the halfcourt, keeping ADM’s Hudson Lorenzen under his nearly 28 ppg at the time. ADM would jump out to a 20-6 lead after 1, nonetheless. Moyer Olberding was a big piece off the bench for Carroll as he would knock down a couple of threes. ADM led again in the 2nd, but it was much closer at 17-13 with a 37-19 ADM lead at the half. Both teams came out of the half strong, but a 26-point quarter for ADM and a 20-point quarter for Carroll found the Tigers in a 24-point defecit to start the 4th. Carroll would win the 4th but only by three as they would fall 73-52 on the road. Carroll drops t 1-1 on the year with another ranked matchup at home against Storm Lake on Saturday.

Glidden-Ralston    50

Glidden-Ralston hosted Boyer Valley in a Rolling Valley Conference matchup Tuesday Night.
