Audubon           48

Audubon had their second straight game after a 54-47 loss to CRB to open up their season on Monday. Underwood came into the night at 1-0 after a win last night at Shenandoah. The first quarter felt very much faster than yesterday for both teams. Audubon found themselves up early at 18-13 after 1. Audubon would keep this up in the second quarter even though Underwood would keep their foot in the door as they trailed 34-27 at the halftime break. Audubon struggled scoring in the second half. The Wheelers would shoot 36% from the field and 30% from three for the night. The Wheelers also did not get to the line very often tonight with just 5 free throw attempts spread across 3 different Wheelers. East Sac at Woodbury Central

Woodbury Central     52

East Sac         35

East Sac headed to Moville to take on Woodbury Central for both teams first game of the 2025-26 season. East Sac has a very young team that is figuring out their varsity footing as the season goes along. The game on a quarter by quarter aspect looks like a slow and defensive minded battle. East Sac was battling an aggressive and physical defensive style out of Woodbury. The tempo and physicality was an adjustment and that was made during the game. Woodbury made a run in the first to go up 13-6. Second was the same score for the Raiders but the Wildcats shot up to 17 to make a 30-12 game at half. East Sac would outscore the Wildcats in the third, 13-12. Finally both teams would have 10 in the 4th to have Woodbury Central pick up a 52-35 win. East Sac falls to 0-1 on the season.
