Girls Swimming Results Tuesday, October 14th
Carroll and Boone At Newton
The meet on Tuesday was held on a short course pool as Carroll battled Boone and Newton. The Tigers did a great job with two of their three relays finishing in the top 3 and all seven individual events having at least one Tiger swimmer in the top 3. The 200 Medley Relay started the night strong with Grace Schoonover, Sophia Malone, Brylie Behrens and Ava Hinote taking 2nd place, swimming a 2:23.06. Harper Ladwig and Brylie Behrens continued the good start with Ladwig getting 3rd in the 200 Free in 2:34.60 and Behrens taking 3rd in the 200 IM, swimming a 2:55.97. Ladwig continued her strong night taking 2nd in the 100 Fly with a 1:26.51. Ava Hinote was 3rd in the 100 Free in 1:08.13 and Grace Schoonover was 3rd in the 400 Free in 5:11.71. Grace Schoonover took 2nd in the 100 Back, swimming a 1:18.76 and Alexis Borkowski took 3rd in the 100 Breast with a 1:30.85. The Tigers were 3rd in the 400 Free Relay in 4:39.94 with Sophia Malone, Ava Hinote, Grace Schoonover and Alexis Borkowski.
The Tigers head to Lewis Central for their invite on Saturday.
