IKM-Manning At Tri Center Tournament
IKM-Manning had a solid performance on Saturday at Tri Center, going three sets with 4th ranked Red Oak and three sets with Tri Center in their two loses, finishing 3-2 on the day. The Wolves played part of the day without Addisyn Bandow but found a rhythm without her. They swept Westwood, Atlantic and Lawton Bronson with most sets comfortable wins. They did beat Westwood 22-20 in the 2nd set. IKM-Manning took set one against Red Oak before dropping the next two and earned a win in set two against Tri Center after losing the first set 21-17. The Wolves lost 15-11 in set three to Tri Center and 15-10 to Red Oak in set two. IKM-Manning went 8-4 in sets.
Keagan Eischeid led the Wolves with 46 kills, Ella Langel 18 kills, Addisyn Bandow 12 kills and Macy Gruhn 12 kills. Karlee Arp had 78 assists with 23 digs and 3 blocks. Anna Stangl had 48 digs and 4 aces, Olivia Linde had 32 digs, Keagan Eischeid 28 digs and Caylie Rasmussen 20 digs. Eischeid added 3 aces and Katelyn Bandow 4 blocks.
The Wolves host Riverside on Tuesday.

Carroll At Greene County Tournament
Carroll finished 2nd at the Greene County Tournament, splitting with Greene County. Carroll topped the Rams in two sets earlier in the day, falling in three sets in the championship match. The Tigers went 9-3 in sets and 4-1 in matches. They swept Greene County, Nodaway Valley and South Hardin and beat Stanton in three sets. They dropped a tough 24-22 first set to Stanton before rolling in the last two sets. They edged Greene County 22-20 in the first set in the match they won and defeated South Hardin 21-19 in set one. Carroll won 21-17 in set one against Greene County in the championship match and lost the third set 16-14.
Amanda Wardell and Analia Ayala both had big days at the net with Wardell having 42 kills and Ayala making 37 kills. Chloe Kock added 16 kills, Kyra Hosenfelt 13 kills and Macy Simmelink with 10 kills. Josie Rydl made 104 assists along with 24 digs. Analia Ayala led them with 34 digs, followed Aubrie Drake making 33 digs, Brylee Mrla 24 digs and Callie Cummings 23 digs. Amanda Wardell had a team high 6 blocks with Chloe Kock had 4 blocks and Bailey Bowman and Brylee Mrla had 5 aces with Analia Ayala having 4 aces.
Carroll heads to Gilbert on Tuesday.

Glidden Ralston At Riverside Tournament
Glidden Ralston faced some very strong competition at the Riverside Tournament on Saturday, falling in all four matches. The Wildcats lost to ranked teams in Riverside and Clarinda and well above .500 teams in Fremont Mills and West Monona. They went 0-8 in sets played but lost 21-16 to Riverside in set one, 21-16 in set one to Fremont Mills and 21-15 in set one to West Monona.
Kassidy Wenck led the Wildcats with 14 kills with Allison Snyder and Bryn Renze both having 5 kills. Amelia Garrett had 18 assists with 20 digs, a team high. Kassidy Wenck had 17 digs, Olivia Squibb 15 digs, Chloe Peters 12 digs, Allison Snyder 11 digs and Anna Steinkamp with 10 digs. Bryn Renze and Kassidy Wenck both had 5 blocks and BreAnn Hartwigsen added 3 blocks.
The Wildcats head to Ogden for a quad with Des Moines Hoover and South Hamilton on Monday.
