Boys Cross Country Results Saturday, October 4th
East Sac and South Central Calhoun At Pocahontas Area
Landon Sporrer, Riley Aragon and Owen Engel all had strong days for East Sac and Declan Spencer led South Central Calhoun again. The Raiders were edged out by Okoboji for the team title with the Raiders having three runners in the top 8 while Okoboji had their top four in the top 20. Okoboji ended the day with 69-points with East Sac scored 76-points as the two were easily ahead of 3rd place Manson NW Webster with 106-points. South Central Calhoun was 9th with 211-points. Landon Sporrer was 2nd for East Sac, running a 17:42.21, behind only Lucos Wernimont of Sioux Central, running a 17:09.25. Riley Aragon was 4th with a 17:57.23 and Owen Engel was 8th in 18:10.49. Declan Spencer paced the Titans in 27th, running a 19:26.19 with Joe Thielen finishing 49th for the Titans.
