Girls’ Cross Country Results for Thursday, August 28th

South Central Calhoun at Southeast Valley

South Central Calhoun opened up their Cross Country season on Thursday at Southeast Valley. The Titans were led by Senior and defending KCIM Rewind Girls Cross Country runner Iris Melody. Melody took 5th with a time of 21:13.64. Jossa Haupert was next up for the Titans with a time of 25:13.77. The Titans have a special blend of senior leadership and youth, which will make big additions to a veteran lineup of runners. The Titans would take 7th with 149 team points. Ar-We-Va added two runners with Gabrielle Hundling and Noelia Gonzalez. Hundling took 41st and Gonzalez tok 78th.
