Kuemper suffered a loss on a hot and humid Thursday afternoon in Fort Dodge, falling to St Edmond 8-2. Charlotte Schwabe kept her strong start to the season, winning both her singles match and her doubles match. She played Ava Andrew in #1 Singles and cruised to an 8-0 win. She teamed with Regan Garringer in #1 Doubles and they rolled as well. Winning 8-2. Schwabe remains undefeated in singles and doubles play to start the season. Garringer moved up to #2 Singles and battled but lost to Ava Underberg 8-3. Mirabel Abraham played her first varsity match of her career, falling 8-3 in #6 Singles. The Knights finished the meet going 15-40 in singles and 10-18 in doubles to finish 25-58 in games.
Kuemper has a quick turnaround, hosting Harlan on Friday at 9:00 AM.
