Carroll faced off with an out of conference and out of class team in South Central Calhoun Thursday evening. South Central Calhoun opened up the game hot with Andrew Anderson reaching and scoring off of the RBI by Cooper Nattress. South Central Calhoun lead 1-0 after the bottom of the first. Carroll struck back with two runs of their own in the bottom to get a lead 2-1 after 1. The Tigers took that lead and never looked back as they added another 2 runs in the bottom of the 2nd. Both teams would be shut out in the 3rd as Carroll held a 4-1 lead after 3. Carroll would add 2 runs in the 4th and 3 in the 5th to close out their senior night on top 9-1.
