Favorite athletic memory: My favorite athletic memory is just being on a team. I enjoy being around people who push and challenge each other while also keeping things fun.
What is your favorite aspect of being a student-athlete: My favorite aspect of being in athletics is the competition and challenge sports bring. It helps me to push myself and has also shaped me to be a more determined and active person.
Favorite Junk Food/Candy: My favorite dessert is key lime pie!
Favorite Movie and why: My favorite movie is Good Will Hunting. I like that it’s older and has a deeper meaning behind the acting. It helps to show the importance of recognizing your own potential!
Favorite Music/Artist: My favorite kind of music to listen to is country.
Last Book You Read: The last book I read was Huckleberry Finn, for a class.
What are your plans after high school: I honestly am a blank page when it comes to my plans after high school. There are a few career paths that interest me, like nursing or optometry, but I’m not set on anything just yet.
Dream Job and Why: My dream job is probably being an optometrist. I think eyes are really interesting, and I like that it’s a complex field where you can help people out and improve their quality of life.
