
Boys State Tennis Results Tuesday, May 27th
Mason Reicks of Kuemper and Isaac Jackson of Audubon At State Singles At Byrnes Park At Waterloo
Both Mason Reicks of Kuemper and Isaac Jackson of Audubon dropped both of their matches on Tuesday, but both played well. Reicks won a set against Max Froeschle of Central DeWitt in the consolation bracket, but fell in the tiebreaker while Jackson, who just found out late this holiday weekend that he was in tournament won at least one game in all four sets he played. Jackson fell 6-2, 6-1 in the opening round before falling in straight sets 6-3, 6-1 to Keaton Nelean-Carlson in the consolation round. Reicks fell in his opening round match 6-1, 6-0.
The boys tennis season came to an end for the local area. Girls State tennis is later this week and next week.

Tyler Grote of Sergeant Bluff Luton won 6-1, 6-0 over Mason Reicks of Kuemper
Ruimin Luo of Fairfield won 6-2, 6-1 over Isaac Jackson of Audubon
Consolation Round
Keaton Nalean-Carlson of Decorah won 6-3, 6-1 over Isaac Jackson of Audubon
Max Froeschle of Central DeWitt won 3-6, 6-4, 1-0 (2) over Mason Reicks of Kuemper
