Audubon closed out their regular season very strong, dominating each match against Council Bluffs Thomas Jefferson on Tuesday. The Wheelers went 48-10 in singles matches and 24-5 in doubles, finishing the day 72-15 overall. Their tightest win was 8-4 in singles, won by Carson Matthews. Kayden Otten and Colin Hartl both swept their singles match and Sawyer Toft won his 8-1. Isaac Jackson earned an 8-2 win and Fred Harris picked up an 8-3 win. Kayden Otten and Fred Harris controlled their doubles match, winning 8-1 with the teams of Sawyer Toft and Colin Hart, Jakob LaCanne and Tim Reinhardt winning their doubles matches 8-2.
The Wheelers head to Boone on Wednesday for the Class 1A Singles and Doubles District.
