Boys Golf Results Saturday, May 10th 

Carroll At Kuemper Larry Clark Invite

Carroll had one of their best rounds of the season, placing a couple players in the top 10, helping them finish 5th, shooting a 328. Kuemper was just behind the Tigers, shooting a 332, finishing in 6th place. Carroll had good balance with all four of their golfers scores between 79 and 85 with Kuemper also very balanced with all four of their scores between 81 and 85. Atlantic, Humboldt and Spencer battled for the team championship with Atlantic edging Humboldt on the 5th player scorecard. Both teams shot a 320 with Spencer a stroke back with a 321. The Trojans had a pair of players in the top 10 with Humboldt having the Runner-Up Medalist with Cade Birdsell shooting a 74. He tied with Keith Thompson of Hamburg, who also shot a 74 but earned Medalist honors.

Mac Collison led Carroll with a 79, taking 9th place with Weston Bogue right behind him in 10th place with a 80. Wyatt Ragaller added an 84 and Jake Jorgensen finished with an 85. Collison had 3 pars on the front nine and 7 on the back nine. Bogue shot par on the final three holes on the front 9 and two pars on the back nine along with a birdie. Ragaller had 3 pars on the front nine and 3 pars on the back nine with a birdie. Jorgensen shot par on 4 holes on the front 9 and and 5 holes on the back 9.

Braxton Vonnahme led the Knights with an 81, shooting par on 3 holes on the front nine and five on the back nine with a birdie. Dawson Billmeier had an 83 with a birdie on the front nine and 3 pars. He added 4 pars on the back nine. Jack Lenz added an 83 with 4 par on the front nine and 4 more on the back nine. Kayden Schon shot a 85 with 3 birdies on the front nine and a par along with 3 pars on the back nine.

Audubon At Coon Rapids Bayard Tournament 

Max Shirbroun of Coon Rapids Bayard earned Medalist, shooting a 75 as the Crusaders had their best nine hole score of the year, shooting a 154 on the front 9. Woodward Granger won the meet with three players in the top four, shooting a 308 to top the Crusaders who finished with a 315 in 2nd place. Audubon had a strong day, taking 3rd place with a 325, led by Oliver Deist, who finished 5th with a 77. Andy David of Woodward Granger finished 2nd with a 76, Landon Chambers of Woodward Granger shot a 76, taking 3rd place and Woodward Granger had the 4th place golfer with Max Behrens also shooting a 76.

Max Shirbroun led the Crusaders with a 75, shooting par on 6 holes with 2 birdies. Eli McAlister added a 78  with 8 pars and 2 birdies. Landon Cook added a 79 with 7 pars and a pair of birdies. Cole Cretsinger and Gavin Heiderscheit both shot 83 with Cretsinger with 90 pars and Heiderscheit 6 pars and 2 birdies.

Oliver Deist paced the Wheelers with a 77 with 8 pars and a birdie, Sully McClain shot a 79 with 13 pars, Henry Burr had a 80 with 8 pars and Mason Steckler shot an 89 with 5 pars and a birdie.
