Kuemper hosted Greene County at the Fieldhouse in a scrappy and great soccer match. Greene County opened the game with a goal and held that for a while. Charlie Mayhall than put a goal in the back of the net for Kuemper with 1:40 left in the 1st half. Halftime was tied at 1-1. Carson Kanne than put a goal in the back of the net for Kuemper with 28:47 left in the second half to give them the 2-1 lead. Greene County answered quick with a goal at the 26 and 15 minute marks in the 2nd half. Now trailing 3-2 Kuempers Fletch Badding found himself with a PK chance and a 1 on 1 face off with the goalie. Badding drilled in to tie the game. He than proceeded with just over 3 minutes left in regulation to get another goal past the goalie as the Knights held on to win 4-3. The Knights have now played 4 games since last Thursday.
Kuemper sits at 4-6-1 and will host Creston Thursday at the Fieldhouse
