Carroll fell behind early as the 7th ranked Tigers of Gilbert came out aggressive. Gilbert built a 9-0 lead at half but Carroll came out with some energy in the 2nd half, moving the ball well, showing good growth on the offensive end. Gilbert scored around the 17:00 mark of the 2nd half to end the game 10-0.
Marin Overmohle ended the game with 19 saves for Carroll.
Carroll falls to 1-12 overall and heads to Denison Schleswig on Thursday.
