Carroll fell at home on Monday after playing well in the 1st half. Carlisle used a quick goal in the 2nd half to gain momentum and was able to stretch their lead and end the game with a goal with 10:17 left in the game. The Tigers defense played well in the 1st half against the 14th ranked Wildcats. Holding them to one goal in the first-fifteen minutes. The Wildcats added a goal with just over twenty minutes remaining in the half, then scored a pair of goals in the final ten minutes to lead 4-0 at half. The Wildcats scored just over  a minute into the 2nd half, taking some of the wind out of the Tigers who were trying to defend the side of the field with the wind in their face. Carlisle began to distribute the ball well, getting good looks against the Tigers and scored six goals in the 2nd half to end the game. Carroll was able to get the ball inside the Wildcats defense but weren’t able to attack the net, taking four shots with one on goal.

Marin Overmohle made 14 saves with Sadie Kelly taking 1 shot on goal with 2 shots overall.  Jersey Sporrer and Azaya Martinez both adding a shot.

Carroll falls to 1-6 overall as they prepare to head to ADM on Friday.
