The Kuemper girls followed up their big win on Friday over a top 10 ranked Sergeant Bluff-Luton team with a sweep of Red Oak on the road. The 2nd ranked Knights dominated singles play with the tightest matches being 8-2. Chartlotte Schwabe and Ella Schwarte both won their matches 8-0 with Bella Lu picking up an 8-1 win. The other three matches were all decided 8-2. The Knights finished 48-7 in games in singles. Doubles wasn’t much different with Kuemper sweeping through the matches to finish the meet 9-0. Julia Craig teamed up with Kaia Neumann to win their doubles match 8-0. Sophia Tidgren and Charlotte Schwabe earned an 8-1 win. Kuemper went 24-5 in games in doubles, finishing the match 72-12 in games overall.
Kuemper will be back in action on Monday when they visit Harlan.
