Boys Tennis Results Saturday, April 12th 

Audubon At Shenandoah Tournament

Isaac Jackson of Audubon played for a tournament championship in #1 singles, battling hard in a match that hit deuce consistently before Noah Narmi of St Albert earned a 6-0, 6-3 win. Jackson finished in 2nd place, going 2-1 on the day, having won both of his matches in pod play. Jackson went 27-17 in games played, scoring 5 points for his team. Carson Matthews played in the #2 singles, finishing in 5th place with a 6-3, 6-2 win in the 5th place match. He battled hard in the opening match in Pod 1, falling to McCoy Daley of St Albert 6-4, 3-6, (10-1). The match lasted over and hour and was hard fought. Matthews finished with 19 games wins, going 1-2 in matches. Sawyer Toft and Kayden Otten went 0-3 in matches in #1 doubles, finishing 6th with a 9-36 record in games and Fred Harris and Colin Hartl were 6th in #2 doubles, going 8-36 in games played. The Wheelers finished tied with Abraham Lincoln for 5th place with 9 points.

The Wheelers head to Red Oak on Tuesday.
