The Knights open their postseason run with a win over East Marshall at home on Thursday. The Knights led most of the game by double digits as they started strong on the offensive end. Kuemper jumped out to a 13-4 lead in the first quarter. The Knights would grow their lead to double digits as they led 29-16 going to the second quarter. Kuemper would struggle in the second quarter as they slowed down offensively. The Knights built their lead to 19 in the second quarter but led 43-26 at the half.
The Knights continued to grow their lead in the second half. They started the third quarter on a 13-0 run and never looked back. Kuemper outscored East Marshall 34-14 in the quarter. The Knights led 77-41 going to the fourth quarter. The Knights got hot from the three-point line in the fourth quarter, and they went on to win 100-56.
Kuemper had five players score in double figures. Brock Badding recorded a team-high 18 points in the win. Tregan Beiter had a great game as she chipped in 16 points, five assists, and six steals. The Knights went 11-14 from the free throw line in the win. Carson Kanne added 12 points and five assists while pulling down five rebounds. Ryan Clair and Griffin Glynn chipped in 11 points each. With the win, Kuemper moves to 21-1. The Knights are back in action on Tuesday against West Marshall in the district final.

The IKM-Manning Wolves pick up a come-from-behind victory over Ar-We-Va on the road Thursday as they keep their season alive. Ar-We-Va was able to jump out to a double-digit lead in the first quarter as the Wolves started to slow on offense. The Rockets would lead 23-10 going to the second quarter. IKM-Manning was able to close the gap in the second quarter as they trailed 31-25 at the half. IKM-Manning would use a big run in the third quarter to grab the lead. The Wolves outscored Ar-We-Va 21-9 in the third quarter. IKM-Manning would lead 46-40, going to the fourth. The Wolves held Ar-We-Va to eight points in the fourth quarter as they went on to win 62-48.
IKM-Manning was led in scoring by Ben Ramsey, who scored 29 points. Wyatt Danner had a great game with 15 points, five rebounds, and eight steals. Brock Kusel chipped in 12 points for the Wolves. The Rockets had three players score in double figures. They were led by Blayne Smith with 14 points. Smith also added 1o rebounds. Wade Ragaller added 13 points. Wyatt Ragaller chipped in 11 points and four assists. With the win, IKM-Manning moves to 12-11. The Wolves are back in action on Tuesday against ACGC. The loss ends the Rockets season at 16-7.

The Audubon Wheelers struggled on the offensive end of the court as they fell on the road to ACGC. The Wheelers were held under double digits in scoring in each of the four quarters. Audubon would trail 14-8 going to the second quarter. The Wheelers would trail by double digits at the half as ACGC was able to build their lead to 29-15. The Wheelers were better offensively in the second half but still struggled. ACGC outscored Audubon 17-9 in the third quarter. The Wheelers would go on to lose 57-32. Eight different Wheeler players scored in the ball game. Audubon was led in scoring by Brody Schultes with eight points. Mason Steckler added six points. With the loss, the Wheelers ended their season with an 11-12 record.

The South Central Calhoun Titans struggled in the second and third quarters as they fell on the road to Cherokee, Washington. Both team’s offense started fast as they were able to get easy baskets. The Titans would trail 22-17 at the end of the first quarter. SCC only scored three points in the second quarter as Cherokee built a double-digit lead. The Braves would lead 36-20 at the half. In the third quarter, the Titans would be outscored 21-6. SCC would go on to lose 73-36. Five different players scored in the game for SCC. They were led by Cole Higgins, who scored 12 points. Evan Myes added seven points in the loss. With the loss, the Titans end their season at 13-10.

Coon Rapids Bayard advanced on Thursday, building an early lead, dominating the glass and inside game. They led 17-9 at the end of the 1st quarter, building on it with a great 2nd quarter, holding the Vikings to 4 points. The Crusaders were up 28-13 at half. Coon Rapids Bayard kept in control of the game in the 3rd, then maintained their lead through the 4th quarter. They struggled from three point range, hitting just 5-20 shots but were strong in the paint, finishing the game at 38.2% overall from the field. The Crusaders had 14 offensive rebounds, helping make up for the cold shooting night.
Cal Heydon had a team high 26 points along with 12 rebounds while Ty Heydon had 9 points and 13 rebounds. Bryce Lewis finished with 8 points and Caden Oswald had 6 points, 7 assists and 4 steals.
The Crusaders improved to 21-2 overall and will take on Mount Ayr on Tuesday at West Central Valley.

Tri Center came out in a 1-3-1 and caught the Raiders off guard, allowing the Trojans to get out to a quick lead. The Raiders adjusted nicely in the 2nd quarter, improving their ball movement, forcing Tri Center to change their defense. The Raiders trailed 21-8 at the end of the 1st quarter but pulled within 30-22 at half. East Sac had pulled within 24-22 late in the 2nd quarter before Tri Center extended it with a 6-0 run to close the half, using three straight Raider turnovers.
Tri Center switched defense to start the 3rd quarter, forcing a number of Raider turnovers helping Tri Center pull away, taking a 45-30 lead going to the 4th quarter. The Raiders ended the game with 23 turnovers.
Sam Julin led the Raiders with 15 points to go with 5 rebounds, Zach Jacobsen adding 9 points, Asher Lawler pulled down 8 rebounds. The Raiders end their season 8-15.

Carroll rebounded in the 2nd half, holding Harlan to 12 points in the 3rd quarter, building a 45-41 lead. Harlan responded in the 4th quarter, containing the Tigers and earning the win.
Mac Collison led the Tigers with 13 points with Jared Mohr and Miles Nuzback each scoring 7 points. with Nuzback adding 5 rebounds.
