
Boys State Swimming Results Saturday, February 15th
Carroll At State Meet At Iowa City
Carroll had a tremendous final day of the season, wrapping up a great showing at the State Meet. The Tigers finished 18th as a team, competing against every swimming program in the State. They scored 51 p0ints, beating 18 other schools. Teagan Renze was outstanding, earning All-American Consideration in both individual events while setting a New School Record in the 200 Free and 100 Back. He finished in 2nd in the 200 Free in 1:38.48, breaking the school record, earning All-American Consideration and was 2nd in the 100 Back, swimming a 57.89. That earned him another school record and All-American Consideration. Leegan Sease ended his outstanding season taking 11th in the 100 Fly in 51.88 and 12th in the 100 Breast, swimming a 57.89. Both Sease and Renze participated in the 200 Free Relay, along with Weston Toft and Jordan Wilson. They finished 18th in 1:29.63. Sease, Toft and Renze were joined by Landen Cadwell in the 400 Free Relay, taking 14th in 3:18.45.
