Carroll At State Meet- Preliminary Round for individual events
Teagen Renze has a pair of chances to earn a State Championship for Carroll, advancing in both the 200 Free and the 100 Back. Renze will be the number one seed in the 200 Free after swimming a 1:39.87, taking 1st place by .28. He is seeded 2nd in the 100 Back, swimming a 49.43, .28 faster than his state qualifying time. He is .16 behind Dylan Alt of Waukee Northwest, who is the leader entering Saturday finals. Leegan Sease advanced into the consolation final in the 100 Fly and 100 Breast. Sease finished 13th in the 100 Fly with a 52.01. He finished 14th in the 100 Breast with a 58.59.
