The Ar-We-Va Rockets dropped their seventh straight game as they fell to Logan-Magnolia on the road. The Rockets were able to keep the game close at the start but fell behind by double digits in the second quarter. Ar-We-Va would trail Logan-Magnolia 26-10 at the half. The Rockets only had four players score in the game. Logan-Magnolia was able to grow their lead in the second half as they went on to win 53-21. Amber Ragaller led the Rockets in scoring with nine points. Hallie McCollough chipped in six points in the loss. Gabbie Hundling added five points for Ar-We-Va. With the loss, Ar-We-Va falls to 3-16. The Rockets are back in action on Friday against Glidden-Ralston.

The Coon Rapids-Bayard Crusaders fell on the road Thursday to a good ACGC squad. CRB held a lead early in the game but would trail at half-time. The Crusaders were also great defensively in the loss. CRB would hold a small lead at 9-6 going to the second quarter. ACGC would find a groove on offense in the second quarter as they outscored CRB 18-9 in the quarter. The Crusaders would trail 24-18 at the half. ACGC would grow their lead slightly in the third quarter as they led CRB 31-24 going to the fourth quarter. The Crusaders would start the fourth quarter on a 9-3 run, trailing by one point. ACGC was able to respond as they would pull away in the final couple of minutes. The Crusaders would go on to lose 48-40.
Anna Hart led the Crusaders in scoring, scoring a team-high 20 points. Hart also chipped in five rebounds and four assists in the loss. Malia Clayburg recorded nine points and four rebounds. Clayburg also had a team-high three blocks. With the loss, CRB falls to 14-4. The Crusaders are back in action on Friday against Boyer Valley.

The IKM-Manning Wolves end a three-game losing streak as they knock off Boyer Valley on the road Thursday. The Wolves were able to grow a double-digit lead in the first half but had a hold off a second-half comeback from Boyer Valley. The game would start close, but the Wolves would hold a 12-10 lead going to the second quarter. IKM-Manning would outscore Boyer Valley 15-4 in the second quarter. They would lead 27-14 at the half. Boyer Valley was able to cut into the IKM-Manning lead in the third quarter. The Wolves would still lead 37-27 going to the fourth quarter. Boyer Valley would cut into the Wolves lead again in the fourth. IKM-Manning would hang on to win 48-39.
IKM-Manning had two players score in double figures. Anna Stangl and Keagan Eischeid each recorded 18 points in the win. As a team, the Wolves recorded 20 steals. Taylor Beckendorf dished out a team-high eight assists in the win. Eischeid also pulled down nine rebounds. With the win, IKM-Manning moves to 9-10. The Wolves are back in action on Friday against AHSTW.

The Glidden-Ralston Wildcats pick up their fifth win of the season as they blow Ogden out at home. The Wildcats were sharp on the offensive end all game. They were able to jump out to an early lead, 17-10, going to the second quarter. The Wildcat’s lead would grow in the second quarter due to great defense as they held Ogden to only four points. At the half, Glidden-Ralston would lead 32-14. Coming out of the locker room, Glidden-Ralston would continue where they left off on the offensive end of the quart. The Wildcats would outscore Ogden 19-6 in the third quarter. Glidden-Ralston would go on to win 60-27.
The Wildcats had three players score in double digits. Olivia Squibb scored a team-high 29 points in the win, 20 of which were in the second half. Allison Snyder recorded 15 points for the Wildcats. Kassidy Wenck scored 13 points in the win. With the win, Glidden-Ralston moves to 5-13. The Wildcats are back in action on Friday against Ar-We-Va.
