The Ar-We-Va Rockets struggled with turnovers as they fell at home Thursday to River Valley. Five different Rockets scored in the game. At the half, Ar-We-Va would trail River Valley 32-18. The Rockets would go on to lose 52-32. Amber Ragaller led the way in scoring for the Rockets, scoring nine points. Gabbie Hundling chipped in eight points in the loss. Hallie McCollough and Azaya Martinez added six points each for Ar-We-Va. With the loss, Ar-We-Va falls to 3-13. The Rockets are back in action on Friday against Woodbine.

The Exira-EHK Spartans win their eighth straight game as they pick up a win on the road at Panorama. The Spartans led for the whole game, as they were great on the offensive end. Exira-EHK jumped out to an 18-11 lead going to the second quarter. Panorama would keep the game close in the second quarter as they outscored the Spartans 19-18 in the quarter. At the half, Exira-EHK would lead 36-30. After a close first half, the Spartans were able to pull away in the second half. They played great defense, holding Panorama to only 16 points. The Spartans would take a 51-37 lead into the fourth quarter. Exira-EHK would go on to win 66-46.
Three players scored in double figures for the Spartans. They were led by Taryn Petersen, who scored 20 points in the win. Jaelynn Petersen added 12 points. Harlee Fahn chipped in 10 points for Exira-EHK. With the win, the Spartans move to 14-3. They are back in action on Monday against Atlantic.

The Paton Churdan Rockets fell at home to West Central Valley on Thursday. The Rockets only had three girls score in the game. Paton Churdan trailed 26-6 at the half and went on to lose 49-12. PC was led by Alivya Smith, who scored seven points. Kaliyah Minnihan chipped in three points, and Holly Miller added two points. With the loss, PC falls to 1-15. The Rockets are back in action on Friday against CAM.
