Kuemper vs Red Oak, Harlan, and AHSTW
The Kuemper Knights went 2-1 on Thursday as they hosted a quad with Red Oak, Harlan, and AHSTW. The Knights picked up wins over AHSTW and Red Oak. In the AHSTW dual, Kuemper would win 63-6. The Knights went 2-1 in matches wrestled. Jake Smith and Colby Pierce picked up wins in the dual. The lone dual loss on the night for Kuemper came against Harlan as they fell 44-36. The Knights picked up three wins in the dual. Jake Smith picked up his second win in the meet. Maguire Hoyt and Reid Steger also picked up wins against Harlan. In the final dual of the meet, Kuemper would beat Red Oak 44-23. Kuemper picked up five wins in the dual. Two of the wins came via pin, and two were tech falls. The Knights are back in action on Saturday at the I-35 tournament.
