Kuemper at Hawkeye Ten Conference Meet

The Kuemper Knights hosted the Hawkeye Ten Conference meet on Thursday at the Carroll Municipal Golf Course. As a team, Kuemper was ninth out of ten teams, with an overall score of 214. Kaci Wiederin finished in 28th for the Kuemper Knights, running a time of 22:24.43. Addie Davis was second on the team, finishing in 40th with a time of 23:33.23. Shelby Greving was just a little behind as she came in 46th, running a time of 24:11.47. Logan Lee finished just outside the top 50, coming in 51st with a time of 24:36.92. Glenwood won the conference championship as a team, finishing with a score of 57. Lili Denton won the meet for St. Albert as the individual champion, running a time of 18:06.51.

South Central Calhoun and Eas Sac County at Twin Lakes Conferene Meet

South Central Calhoun and Libbie Veit of East Sac County competed at the Twin Lakes Conference meet on Thursday at Iowa Lakes Community College. Libbie Veit was the only runner for ESC as she came in 15th with a time of 23:08.9. Iris Melody was the top finisher for South Central Calhoun, finishing in third running a time of 20:48.6. Bre Patterson finished in the top 20 as she came in 18th with a time of 23:54.1. Elin Sjostedt finished in third on the South Central Calhoun team taking 26th overall with a time of 25:07.8. As a team SCC finished in third with an overall score of 113. Sioux Central won the meet as a team with 42 points. Nora Peterson of Alta-Aurelia finished in first running a time of 19:13.2.
