The Coon Rapids-Bayard Crusaders have lost four straight games as the offense struggled in the first three quarters against a physical St. Edmond defense. The Crusaders turned the ball over four times in the loss, with two begin returned for touchdowns. St. Edmond jumped out to an early lead 14-0 going to the second quarter. The Gaels lead would grow in the second quarter as they added three more touchdowns. CRB was able to score in the quarter but would trail 35-6 at the half. The St. Edmond lead would grow in the third quarter as they scored 20 points, taking a 55-6 lead. CRB would finally get the offense going in the fourth quarter as they added a couple of touchdowns but would go on to lose 55-22.

Caden Oswald was the Crusaders leading rusher, as he ran for 80 yards and one touchdown. Wyatt Oswald was the leading receiver for CRB, as he caught three balls for 33 yards. Ethan Bauer added 60 yards and a touchdown on the ground in the loss. Max Shirbroun was the leading tackler for CRB with 4.5. With the loss, the Crusaders fell to 1-5. CRB is back in action on Friday against Glidden-Ralston.
