Carroll competed with three girls and had several time drops. The girls enjoyed swimming different events than they usually get to compete. Brylie Behrens had a person best in both the 50 Free (29.98) and the 100 Fly (1:12.35). She finished in 5th place in the 50 Free and 2nd in the 100 Fly. Charleigh Chaney dropped time in the 200 Free, taking 3rd place in 2:47.32 with Alexis Borkowski having a personal best in the 100 Free, swimming a 1:10.35, finishing in 8th place. Charleigh Chaney was 3rd in the 100 back in 1:26.40 and Alexis Borkowski was 4th in the 100 Breast. With only three girls, the Tigers didn’t compete in any relays. They dropped all three of the duals, losing to Marshalltown 132-17, Hoover 46-32 and Atlantic 40-30.
Carroll hosts Boone on Tuesday, October 8th.
