The Knights fell down 2-0 in the 1st half but battled back and had chances in the 2nd half. Megan Kies found Ashlyn Foley in the 2nd half, pulling Kuemper within 2-1. The Knights had a few more chances to tie the game but couldn’t find the back of the net. Kuemper ended the game with 9 shots on goal with Tri Center also taking 9 shots on goal.
Cierra Pudenz led the Knights with 5 shots on goal with Ashlyn Foley taking 2 shots on goal and scoring on 1 of them. Megan Kies added an assist and Addy Anthofer had 9 saves.
The Knights slip to 7-6 overall and will travel to West Central Valley on Monday.

East Sac grabbed the lead on the road Friday but Harlan rallied to knock off the Raiders, dropping them to 6-5 on the season. Kenna Meyer scored on a penalty kick at 27:52 in the 1st half. The Raiders held the lead until late in the half when Harlan scored with Hailey Good scored on a assist from Kate Koesters. The game was tied at 1-1 at half with both teams having some success getting shots but the defenses coming up with stops. Carly Torneton put Harlan up 2-1 with 37:13 left in the game, scoring on an assist from Adrian Irlbeck. The stretched the lead on another Torneton goal on an assist from Hailey Good with 16:02 left.
The Raiders finished with six shots on goal with Kenna Meyer with 3 shots and Chloe Bieret, Hannah Pudenz and Sarah Bontrager all having 1 shot on goal. Denae Thayer had a strong night in goal with 10 saves.
The Raiders host Greene County on Friday.
